🌍 That’s why if your pants get damaged while travelling the globe within 6 months of purchase, we’ll replace them for free – and send a new pair straight to wherever you are. Yes, anywhere in the world.
📸 Just send us a photo of the damage, your current address, and proof of purchase. And if you’d like to share your travel story, you might even be featured on our website – we love following our Free Spirits around the world.

What’s covered?

- Claims within 6 months of your original purchase.

Where do we ship?
Anywhere on Earth! Just give us a reachable shipping address – hostel, guesthouse, campsite, wherever you’re resting your feet.
What do we need from you?
- Photo of the damage

- Proof of purchase

What’s not covered?
- Damage not related to travel (e.g. from washing machines, pets, or accidents at home)
- Lost or stolen pants
- Cosmetic wear (like fading or frayed edges)
- Purchases made outside our official shop
