My Thai Pants Ambassador Program – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the My Thai Pants Ambassador Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

Ambassadors must be 18 years or older to join the program.

2. Your Role as an Ambassador

As a My Thai Pants Ambassador, you help promote our brand by sharing authentic, positive content — including photos or videos that feature our Thai pants in a creative, well-lit, and high-quality way. You’re welcome to ask us anytime if you’re unsure about brand guidelines or content ideas.

3. Discount Code & Referral Link

You’ll receive a personal discount code and referral link to share with your audience.

- Customers using your code get 10% off on their order.

- You earn a 15% commission, calculated on the order total after any discounts and before tax or shipping fees.

Please note: only purchases made with your code or link will count toward your commission.

4. Fair Use of Codes

Ambassadors may not share their discount codes on coupon or deal-sharing websites. Doing so will result in immediate removal from the program and loss of any unpaid commissions.

We monitor activity regularly, and commissions from such sites will be automatically disqualified without notice.

5. Commission Payouts

Commissions are paid out quarterly or as otherwise agreed. You’ll receive your rewards based on the payment method selected during signup (usually PayPal).

We do not retroactively apply commissions to past orders or add credit for purchases without your code or referral link.

6. Independent Partnership

Ambassadors are not employees, representatives, or legal agents of My Thai Pants.

You may not represent the company, enter into agreements on our behalf, or use our brand name or materials in paid advertising without written permission.

7. Brand Representation

As a brand ambassador, you’re expected to represent My Thai Pants respectfully and positively.

We reserve the right to remove any ambassador whose content or communication (including social media, websites, blogs, videos, etc.) is considered offensive, discriminatory, harmful, illegal, or otherwise misaligned with our values.

8. Termination

Participation in the program can be ended at any time by either party, with or without cause, by written notice.

We reserve the right to remove any ambassador who is inactive, violates these terms, or acts in a way that could harm the reputation of My Thai Pants.

In such cases, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

9. Program Updates

We may change or end the Ambassador Program at any time. All updates to these terms will be posted on our website, and it’s your responsibility to review them periodically.
